We are hosting Christmas dinner for a few friends this year. We ordered and picked up a bison roast from Morningstar Bison Ranch for a change from turkey. This is a potluck dinner so that takes the pressure off to create the perfect meal. We decided we wanted to have yorkshire pudding with the roast so
