We are hosting Christmas dinner for a few friends this year. We ordered and picked up a bison roast from Morningstar Bison Ranch for a change from turkey. This is a potluck dinner so that takes the pressure off to create the perfect meal.

We decided we wanted to have yorkshire pudding with the roast so we did a test run today since we have never made them before.

When I say ‘we’ I mean Keith. He is a good cook and baker and took on this experiment while I made the rest of dinner. They turned out beautifully! We are going to turn the oven down a bit and make sure we have the right vegetable oil but overall these look and taste delicious. These silicone muffins tins worked well too.

Now we know how the timing will need to go on the big day.
